		<description>I appreciate that, especially coming from someone that knows their BBQ!. It actually wasn&#039;t that tough to use the Weber. You just have to drop a few briquettes in every 45 minutes or so and refresh the woodchips. Granted, you have to open it up a lot more than I&#039;d like to, but it still works.

This was probably the best bark I&#039;ve gotten on any of the butts that I&#039;ve done. I was pretty happy with it ;-)</description>

		<description>I am impressed to say the least. Turning a Weber Kettle into a smoker and maintaining the fire for a prolonged period of time takes skill. I also appreciate the nice bark you on the Pork Butt. I wish you had called me over for a plate.</description>
