		<description>Hmmm...If the Veal Cheek wasn&#039;t sous vide, then I&#039;m guessing the server was a little confused...that would explain pretty much anything that I complained about, but it was overall a very positive experience. I need to get down there for lunch one of these days. You&#039;re doing good work in there...keep it up.

		<description>Thank you for the warm praise.  Sorry about the couple of flawed items that you had.  As for the veal cheek.  Definitely NOT SOUS VIDE!  We don&#039;t own the machine.  However, i have in the past played with braising style meats in sous-vide.  They come out very nice esp. when you make a jus and put that in the bag as well.

 I was at Bocado for lunch once a couple months back with Eat It, Atlanta. 
Had the tomato bisque...it is quite tasty, as was the veggie sandwich that tastes like a banh mi. Both very good.
Am actually going back tomorrow for lunch with wines in hand. 
May try that pimento cheese sandwich. Or the burger...
