Probably the best thing I ate the whole weekend was some fresh caught Mahi-Mahi from our fishing trip. Cut it up and grilled it on the boat with nothing but S&P and some lemon. Un-freakin-believable. Maybe the best Mahi-Mahi I have ever had...and I was the one that caught it! I’m back, and I do have some good shots that I’m going to post, but have a work conference starting tomorrow, so it may not be until next week.
