		<description>I&#039;ve always thought the word &quot;foodie&quot; was awkward, in the way the word &quot;impact&quot; or &quot;impacts&quot; is when used as a synonym for &quot;affect&quot;. I don&#039;t act *that* much different from my parents, male or female, who were watching the Galloping Gourmet on CBC when we could only get 4 TV channels. I&#039;m not trying to denigrate the word or the people who use it. I&#039;d just rather work around it, myself.

And yes, it was a pleasure seeing you and hearing your thoughts.
