I never actually heard that they were serving pork belly at M&T’s, but if you did then I am 99% sure that is the meat in the pictures from their station. It was really really good. (Of course it was…pork belly is always really good). I had forgotten about the pork and beans they served there…it was good. A very high Pork to Bean ratio.

The last guy on the hooks was a goat - not deer. And yes, those were some tasty goat heads. I have to agree about the confusion. I've got a few suggestions to email to the organizer (I'm sure we all do). I can't wait for the next one - I'd love to have several of these a year. Muss & Turners was serving lamb, pork belly, porchetta and beans when we went through the line. Lamb was too rare, but the pork was very good. I did hit Parish right before I left.
