Well, unfortunately, I won’t have any ATL related tastiness to regale you with this weekend, as I am off to the Music City for a weekend of bourbon, football, food, and friends. Assuming my better half doesn’t slap the camera out of my hand during our dinners, I will try to come back with some low-down on the great meals that we have in store.
Thanks to the shout-out from FoodieBuddha, it seems that I am no longer the only person reading this site (Thank you again for the kind words good sir). I hope to have the time next week to make this blog a little more ready for public consumption. Unless you guys think the whole “blank/minimalist” motif is the way to go….
Hopefully, I will get back in time on Sunday to throw together a meal for the first of my Sunday Night Feast series that I intend to post. Sundays are my favorite night of the week because I usually have 6-10 friends over, drink some good wine, maybe some bourbon, and gorge ourselves on my latest culinary foray. No matter how hungover or tired I am on Sundays, getting a few hours in the kitchen to play keeps me sane. Keep your eyes peeled for those entries, as I plan to post recipes and feast ideas from those nights weekly.
